We don’t like being spied on and tracked across the web any more than you do, so we made this Privacy Policy to let you know exactly how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or submit information to nc-lawn.com (the “Site”).

We also use Brisk Forms to handle form submissions on the Site, but they do not store any information submitted through the service (https://briskforms.com/legal/privacy). Hosting for the Site is provided by GitLab Pages, which means that they have access to and may store Device Information for the purpose of improving their service. The Site is protected and delivered via Cloudflare, who may use Device Information to help maintain the security of the Site (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/).

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser. However, we do not engage in tracking your activity outside of the Site in any case.

DATA RETENTION

When you contact us through the Site, we will maintain the information you provided for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
